From my first night in Tromsø, I remember seeing northern lights for the first time, the stunning city from above and the biting cold. It was a windy day, and we had decided to go up the local mountain to watch the sunset and wait hopefully for the northern lights. Tromsø didn't disappoint; we did see them. Three nights in a row.

Rainy days are made for forest walks and puddle-jumping.

A few shots from one of the wildest places I've been in France.

The last time I posted on this platform, I was saying goodbye to British Columbia and embarking on an Europe journey.

In a recent meditation exercise I have been asked to vizualize Love. Images rushed through my mind. Faces of loved ones. Moments of raw joy doing things I love.
